401 Photography offers multiple options for seniors. Setting up a cap and gown day at school or even our Signature Senior Appreciation Day with cap and gown, free dress for custom yearbook pages.

Senior Appreciation days are great ways to get all your senior photos at one time.

Cap and Gown

Cap and Gown photos are one of the most important parts of the Senior year. Normally done earlier in the year for the yearbook this is a great way to start the fun of the senior year off right. We come to the school and set up multiple stations helping the students take a photo that they will be proud of years to come.

Senior Appreciation Day!!

401's Signature Senior Appreciation Day is the perfect way to celebrate the start of the senior year. We come and photograph both cap and gown photos and free dress photos, usually outside in the garden or another beautiful location around campus. This is a great way to get all your senior yearbook photos for both the cap and gown pages and the individual senior pages finished early.

How do I book a session?

When is the best time for a Senior day?

We recommend setting up senior days are earlier in the year to help the yearbook staff get the photos before the rush of the spring season begins. Also having a day devoted to the seniors allow us to spend more time taking great photos rather than trying to fit them in on the regular school photo day.

Will the school have access to these photos?

Yes! We will work with the yearbook staff to make the photos available in the correct format to flow the photos correctly for their yearbook company. Also, the school will have access to the photos for school marketing purposes.

Where would the "free dress" photos be taken?

We typically come to the school and scout locations for the best light so we can take the photos outside, but we also have found many indoor options to be fun as well.

Are the free dress photos head shots like the cap and gown photos?

We do take a head shots, but we also take full length and other portraits. Each student gets multiple photos. This can be thought of as a very quick "mini session".
